  • AMY JENSEN

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    A natural communicator and connector of people, Amy is a gear-obsessed, outdoorsy homebody. Although Amy grew up in the PNW, she only found her love for the outdoors a few years ago. Since then, Amy quickly started picking up one outdoor hobby after another: climbing, skiing, mountain biking, paddleboarding. Amy has led PR for top outdoor / lifestyle brands such as Helinox, Arcade Belts, Nocs Provisions and more. Now living in Bend, she loves working with purpose-driven brands and aims to make the outdoors more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

  • ANNEKË EFINGER

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Born and raised in Park City, Utah, Anni grew up immersed in outdoor sports, skiing and playing soccer competitively. After college soccer took her to LA, she craved the mountains again and began her career at a health and fitness tech startup in Denver. She soon transitioned into PR, spending five years developing media strategies for ski, bike, and outdoor brands while living in the Roaring Fork Valley.

    After bouncing between mountain towns across Colorado, Montana, and beyond, Anni found her way to her favorite one yet—Sun Valley, Idaho. She enjoys being close to her family and connecting with the community by teaching strength and Pilates classes. Anni is passionate about mental health and well-being and supports the work of Love Like Ky, a mental health nonprofit she co-founded. Outside of work, she loves to travel and experience new places, and can usually be found exploring the mountains— skiing, biking, or hiking with her golden retriever, Teddy.

  • BRANDON SMITH

    ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

    Brandon joined the OutsidePR team in 2020 with many years of prior experience. He grew up in Sacramento, CA, where he worked in a variety of industries, gaining valuable PR experience. In 2019, Brandon spent 5 months completing the Pacific Crest Trail. His favorite part about working in PR is that no two-days are the same, and the constant influx of new stories and problems to solve keep him engaged. Brandon currently lives in Bend, OR with his wife, Heather, and doberman-husky, Dean. The trio can often be found exploring Northern California’s trail systems, paddle boarding on Lake Tahoe, or visiting their favorite local breweries.

  • DEENA GREGORY

    VICE PRESIDENT

    From traveling to 50+ countries to snowboarding, scuba diving, summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro, and running marathons, this San Diego native is always chasing the next adventure. That same spirit shapes Deena’s approach to her work leading communications for some of the most respected brands in the outdoor, travel and performance lifestyle industries.

    As Vice President at OutsidePR, Deena leads integrated earned media strategies that span product launches, athlete storytelling, brand partnerships, and long-lead editorial moments. Known for her strategic mindset and meticulous execution across her 15+ years of experience, Deena brings a deep understanding of the outdoor consumer, a strong network of media relationships, and a proven ability to guide premium brands through high-stakes launches, cultural moments, and always-on storytelling. Her experience spans earned media, influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and content development.

  • ERIC HOCKMAN

    SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

    With over a decade of experience spanning the cycling and outdoor industries, Eric’s passion and stoke shine through in the work he does every day. His favorite element of PR is building authentic relationships with those around him. As a creative at heart, he genuinely enjoys crafting stories to inspire others to pursue a life well lived in the outdoors. His prior work leading outdoor brands makes him a vital member of any team. After growing up in the Colorado Rockies, Eric and his family now reside in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina where you can find him exploring Singletrack by bike or on foot, camping somewhere out of cell service, or trying to outsmart trout with a fly rod in hand.

  • ERIN WYER

    ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

    Erin’s decade-plus years of experience in the outdoor industry shows in her incredible work and relationships. Having worked on both the media and agency sides of the business, Erin is a skilled storyteller with a knack for making genuine connections. Her favorite part about working in PR are the wonderful narratives that come from connecting journalists with athletes, brands and product stories. Her past work with clients in the outdoor space makes her a key player supporting a variety of clients. Erin lives in Jackson, WY, where she spends her free time skiing, climbing and teaching her dog Juniper new tricks.

  • GORDON WRIGHT

    PARTNER

    Gordon Wright is the founder of OutsidePR, which he started in 1995, and he hasn’t really worn a tie since. He began his career in San Francisco as Business Manager of the San Francisco Daily Journal.

    Prior to starting his own firm, Gordon was vice president of EvansGroup San Francisco, a 45-million dollar advertising and public relations firm. Gordon is an active runner and multi-sport athlete, having competed in races such as the Cal-Eco Kernville, the Appalachian Extreme and Ironman Arizona. He also founded one of the nation’s most notorious bandit adventure races, but gave that up in case he ever runs for office one day.

  • JESS FIASCHETTI

    PRESIDENT

    Jess is Australian/Canadian, and is a seasoned communications and PR professional who cut her teeth in PR as the Comms Manager for WSSF and Cornucopia Festivals in Whistler, BC.

    Over the past decade, Jess has climbed the ranks at OutsidePR, channeling her expertise into the outdoor, lifestyle, and travel industries. Her leadership prowess and dedication to both clients and team members led to her appointment as President in 2021.

    When she’s not working, you can find Jess running trails or skiing runs in beautiful Sun Valley, ID, where she lives with her husband, daughter and pup Kosci (named for Mt Kosciuszko in Australia).

  • MARLOWE KUSHNER

    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Growing up in San Francisco, Marlowe took every opportunity to explore the outdoors. Whether on-piste skiing and exploring the backcountry, summer hikes in Muir Woods, or surfing California's tastiest waves, Marlowe is at home in nature. While spending time outdoors has always been a part of his life, Marlowe discovered a passion for storytelling during his undergraduate at UCSB, where he pursued a degree in Science Communication and Environmental Studies, all while strumming his guitar on the beach as often as he could. After a brief stint living in Truckee, Marlowe is stoked to make NorCal his home base and to give his all to the OPR team. 

  • MAURA JENKINS

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    A social butterfly by nature, Maura has always gravitated towards anything that connects her to other people, ideas, and places, so naturally, a career in PR just made sense. Maura’s experience in the media space spans across agency roles in the lifestyle and outdoor sectors, in-house PR for a global footwear brand, and freelance contributions to publications including Glamour, Well+Good, The Quality Edit, and more.

    When she’s not ideating on what story to pitch next, Maura can be found exploring her local trail system or a nearby mountain town close to her home base of Denver, CO. Whether out for a hike, skiing the West, on a run, or simply breathing in fresh air, Maura feels most herself when she’s outdoors.

    AFFILIATE MANAGER

    A relationship-builder at his core, Nick thrives at the intersection of partnerships, performance marketing, and storytelling. With over a decade of experience in the affiliate and e-commerce space, he has built and scaled programs for leading brands, turning partnerships into meaningful growth channels.

    Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on approach, Nick brings a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape. He’s passionate about creating win-win partnerships that drive real business impact while strengthening long-term relationships across the ecosystem.

    Based in Seattle, WA, Nick spends his time outside of work skiing, exploring the outdoors, and planning his next travel adventure.

  • NIKKI COLLINS

    SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Growing up in La Jolla, CA, Nikki's upbringing and family values have influenced her passion for adventure sports and desire to bridge the gap between outdoor brands and people. Nikki packs her weekends: whether it's surfing or paddling in the ocean, motorcycling in the desert, water skiing on the Colorado River, or snow skiing and biking in the mountains, she's happiest outside. Through her passion for the outdoors, Nikki aims to motivate individuals to lead healthier and happier lives, while also uplifting communities.

  • NOURA AL-RAJHI

    SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Noura is a Denver-based publicist and storyteller with a deep love for the outdoors. She earned her degree in Public Relations and Sustainability from the University of Florida, where she developed a passion for environmental storytelling and advocacy. Before joining OPR, she worked with the National Wildlife Federation, advocating for public lands and wildlife. Today, she focuses on media relations and brand storytelling in the outdoor and endurance space.

    Originally from Florida, Noura grew up kayaking spring-fed rivers and spending long days at the beach, forming an early connection to the natural world. After moving west, she traded mangroves for mountains and quickly fell in love with sport climbing. Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find her at the crag, trail running in the foothills, or scheming her next climbing trip — ideally somewhere with limestone, sunshine, and good burritos.

  • LEKHA SAPERS

    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Rhode Island–raised and never far from salt water, Lekha Sapers learned to trim sails before she could drive. These days she splits her off-hours between dinghies and keelboats– with a personal preference for breezy days on the Melges 24. When the wind dies, she can be found on-piste, searching for East Coast powder. 

    At UC Santa Barbara, Lekha earned a degree in Global Studies with a minor in Earth Science, captained the nationally-ranked sailing team, and built a 3,000-item digital archive for her campus’s radio station. She comes to OutsidePR to bring that same clarity and structure to media strategy – while still making time to patch her modular synth. 

  • SPENCER MOORE

    SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    From Oakland, California, Spencer’s experience in marketing and event management comes from working for some of the top wineries in the Napa Valley. She earned her MBA from Holy Names University where she coached cross country & track, as well as her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where ran cross country and track. She is always down for a good run or hike with beautiful scenery and the occasional sunset. Spencer is excited to learn from the best at OutsidePR and continue to grow in the outdoor space.

  • STEFANIE WALTERS

    SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

    A ski bum at heart, Stef quickly found her home in the outdoor industry — a place where she can combine her love of communications with outdoor advocacy. She grew up a competitive ski racer in Summit County, Colorado, and eventually followed the snow further north to Jackson Hole, where she continued her career in outdoor and active lifestyle public relations. After six-plus years of agency experience, she took the freelance leap and spent most of the pandemic growing female-founded start-up brands, spanning size-inclusive ski/bike apparel to non-profits breaking down barriers and welcoming more women into the outdoor industry. Stef currently resides in Denver, where she fills her cup on the skin track, mountain biking, tailgate après-ing, seeing live music, or planning her next international trip.

  • TORIE FANN

    AFFILIATE DIRECTOR

    Originally from the heart of the Midwest, Torie followed her passion for the great outdoors to Jackson, WY, where she's spent nearly a decade cultivating her career in the outdoor industry. Her journey has taken her from product line coordination and retail buying roles to digital marketing and creative storytelling in an agency setting. With a knack for understanding the full sales cycle, a keen eye for product details, and a talent for leveraging integrated communications, Torie excels at seeing the big picture while creating unique, performance-driven communications strategies for her clients, and is looking forward to bringing her years of experience in leading affiliate marketing teams to the crew at OutsidePR.

    Now calling Victor, ID, home, Torie enjoys deep powder days with friends, riding singletrack, embarking on backpacking adventures, tending to her garden, and the occasional parking lot tailgate after an outdoor endeavor.

  • ZACH LEVY

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Based in the heart of the Green Mountains in Vermont, Zach has built a life and career around his passion for the outdoors, active lifestyle, and sustainability. Before joining OutsidePR, he led digital marketing, public relations and an ambassador program for Velocio Apparel. Collaborative, creative, and pragmatic in his marketing and communications practice, Zach has a keen eye for which stories and angles will move the needle and he forms deep relationships between brands and key opinion leaders to ensure those stories are told in the right place, at the right moment. Out of the office, you will find Zach riding bikes, going up and down mountains many ways, and adventuring with his wife, Erica and their hiking cats, Juniper and Freyja.

  • ZACH PICKETT

    ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

    Colorado-based, and Vermont-grown, Zach is a dedicated subscriber to the “work hard, play hard” philosophy, bringing an unrivaled enthusiasm to the singletrack, steeps, and his relationships. Previously, he led communications for Crested Butte Mountain Resort, and has agency experience spanning travel, hospitality, tech and more. At work, Zach is known for his creative, thought-driven solutions and results-focused approach. Beyond the office, you’ll most likely find him racing mountain bikes, lapping double-fall line bumps under the chairlift, and generally psyching up everyone around him!
